This is a 4 phase, 12 week program for men or women that are looking to increase their strength, build lean muscle mass, and improve their cardiovascular health. Coach Joe wrote this program while he was still a professional wrestler to stay in shape, and get stronger at the same time. It utilizes Barbell movements like Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Pressing, Cleans/Jerks, TRX, Bodyweight, Dumbbell and Kettle Bells.
